Make the most out of Revit, master phases, filters, and schedules. Then, develop a content management strategy and master details.

Paula Rama

Architect + BIM Lead at /slantis

Paula Rama is a licensed architect trained at the Universidad de la República in Uruguay, with a Master’s in BIM Management and a deep passion for the strategic side of BIM. She is currently BIM Lead at /slantis, where she leads the management of Revit content and helps shape BIM strategies across projects.

She also teaches Revit courses, bringing clarity and structure to complex tools. Paula believes that solid BIM comes from thoughtful workflows and clear content—and she enjoys making both a little better every day. Outside of work, she’s a proud Ravenclaw and a lifelong bookworm.

 

Pia Pedroso

BIM Architect at /slantis

Pia is a BIM Architect at Slantis, known for bringing energy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to every team. Based in Argentina, she has worked with global companies like WeWork and Geodata, gaining experience across diverse markets and project types.

She helps clients implement BIM workflows, improve standards, and create high-quality Revit content. Recently, she’s been diving into automation with Dynamo, Python, and C#, exploring new ways to push the AEC industry forward.

Outside of work, Pia is a paused actress, amateur writer, ukulele player, and dedicated foodie.

 

Nicolas Martinez

Head of Technology at /slantis

Nicolás Martínez is Head of Technology at Slantis, with over a decade of experience in the AEC industry. He started his career in architectural modeling and gradually moved into leading teams and managing tech initiatives within fast-growing firms.

At Slantis, he focuses on building practical tools and workflows that actually help architects and engineers work better. He’s organized, curious, and always looking for ways to improve how teams use technology.

Outside of work, Nicolás is a proud father and husband who loves traveling, discovering new places, and going to as many concerts as possible.

 

 

Gimena Dinota

Architect / BIM Specialist at /slantis

Gimena Dinota is a licensed architect and BIM specialist trained at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is currently a Project Architect at /slantis, where she enjoys solving complex design and coordination challenges through a blend of architectural insight and BIM expertise.

She's also a university professor and brings the same passion for teaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing into her work at /slantis, helping foster a culture of learning and innovation.

When she’s not deep in models, you’ll find her at live concerts, catching up with friends, or building her ever-growing LEGO collection.

 

Nicolas Catellier

Architect + BIM Specialist, BIM Pure Founder

Nicolas is an architect, a BIM specialist and the founder of BIM Pure. He is based in Quebec City, Canada.

He started Revit Pure in 2016, becoming one of the largest BIM YouTube channel and blog.

He works as a consultant with various clients using ACC on their Revit projects, ranging from architects to wood pre-fab companies.

 

Leandro Carbia

BIM Lead at /slantis

Leandro Carbia is a licensed architect from the Faculty of Architecture at UDELAR in Uruguay and currently serves as BIM Lead at /slantis.

With over five years at the firm, he has led the development of BIM standards and contributed to the evolution of digital design and BIM workflows. Passionate about data analytics, he holds a Google certificate in the field.

Leandro thrives on solving complex problems with a curious mindset, always seeking to merge design and technology. Outside the office, he's a retired gamer, currently learning guitar, and a dedicated runner.
